Someone showed me the first video posted there about 2 years ago. It is great for learning the shots they talk about. There aren't too many different ones, and a few are hard to translate to our style of fighting, but there are a few that work great.

That new set of videos is really good for learning some of the general mechanics of fighting, like stance, balance, power, etc. It also doesn't always translate 100% to what we do, but a lot of it is very similar.

P.S. I don't know if they mention it in any of the videos, but they are all from the "Advanced Sword and Board" class that the Amtgard sword knights teach at "Sword Knight Boot Camp" (SKBC). Amtgard weapons are basically graphite golf club shafts with fun noodle pool toys taped on. They are extremely, EXTREMELY, light.

Plus, and you'll pick this one up with the way they swing, the concept of "striking edges" has long ago been removed from Amtgard combat.
